Programme

The 2012 programme is largely completed, with important topics related to operations in the northern areas, major accidents, oil spill preparedness and the 22 July 2011 terrorist attacks.

The Preparedness Conference, 13 to 14 June 2012,
Tromsø, Norway.

Ice breaker.

This year’s conference kicks off with an ice breaker in the evening of 12 June at Nofi and Allmaritim. The evening includes a presentation of the company’s concepts, as well as food and drinks. There will be a shuttle from Tromsø city centre. Further details as the conference draws closer.

Topic: The authorities’ expectations for preparedness in the northern areas (major accidents off the beaten track, are we prepared?)

0930 – 1000. What are the authorities’ expectations for players who carry out drilling operations in the northern areas should a major accident occur?
